Does it irritate anyone else that when you go back to check resolved questions......?

the asker gave best answer to someone who doesn't even answer the question and says something like "I LOVE YOUR AVATAR!!!".....Especially when there were so many good answers that actually did answer the question?
Have you ever given a best answer for a complement or do you actually choose the answer that best answers the question?

DA - that is very true I do feel this. For I answer the best answer. Sometimes I understand some people may not want to give me Best Answer because they are worried that I am new here and do not have enough power to protect them.

This is understood with me!! Is OK tovarich, for there is time and I am making a list!!

I asked only one question as far as this - and such question is not yet chosen answer.

I've stopped going through resolved questions. I like answering questions because it's fun; I don't really mind if I get a best answer, or if someone else does. There are too may things to be upset by on Y!A, so I stopped dwelling on them. Well...on everything but the ridiculous violations.

I choose the answer that I think is best. I just happen to have rockin contacts and compliments will get you nowhere. =)

I think, in many cases, they compliment each other just to get 10 extra points to reach next level --fast, a gross misuse of this forum.
