In general electromagnetic wave represent energy radiation of frequency ranges as shown In the Electromagnetic radiation spectrum plot.
However Electromagnetic radiation was coined as such because J. Maxwell associated the speed of light to the permeability of space and the permitivity of space.

However what is called electromagnetic radiation in reality is nether magnetic or electric.

The frequency range of the radiation in the order of 1^14 Hertz, is called visible light radiation which enable our eyes to see.

The Power of the Radiation is equal to the product of radiation frequency and the per Unit energy of each particle moving in a gravitational field.
