There are some Sarah McLachlan songs that have only piano & vocals. If you look into her live stuff, you'll find quite a few piano versions of various songs. Answer, Wintersong, and Angel are always piano + vocal only songs. There are very good live versions of Fall From Grace, Full of Grace, Possession, Fallen, and River.
