ok so i live in long island new york. i got park place and i need boardwalk those 2 together are worth a million dollars! where would i be able to get boardwalk from? i dont think they give both out in the same state im not possitive though. also next year when monopoly comes back can i use the pieces from this year or not? thank you for your help.

Do you really think that's how the game works???
Of course you could "find" the boardwalk piece in New York!!!
The problem is, there are only a couple boardwalk pieces distributed for the entire country!!
It's not like Ohio gets all the boardwalk pieces and New York gets all the Park Place pieces... it's not like that at all...
Next year you will NOT be able to use the same pieces, BUT, the winning pieces remain the same every year!!! For instance, Boardwalk will be the winning piece again next year!!!
And, this was NOT the first year for the on-line game!! They did that last year as well...

Good luck finding Boardwalk.
Every year, they always have certain pieces that are hard (impossible) to find, Boardwalk is almost always one of them. And I'm sorry to say, I don't know how they do the figuring when it comes to spreading out the various pieces, although I'm pretty sure it's completely random.
The bad news though...the pieces are not interchangeable year to year. The game changes every year, as does the play board, and the prizes. And this was the first year they had the online game you could play at the same time.
