No, I believe the First Amendment applies to ALL... especially those with whom I most vehemently disagree. It's just too easy and convenient for it to only apply to those with whom I agree. It bothers me when 'rude behavior' and corporations hide behind the First Amendment, but I back the Constitution first and foremost.

Of course the 1st Amendment applies to everyone. I have found it is mostly cons who have expressed a desire to stifle their opponents even to the point of cowardice by wishing their opponents were gone.
