when you sell your home does the garage go with it?? enough said

If the house and garage are attached, or both are within the grounds, then the insurance companies tend to treat them as part of the home.

Plain and simple. Yes. You pay taxes on the garage same as on your home.

Is it attached or detached garage?
Is it one, two,three, or more cars garage?
Is it finished (insulated) or half - finished (not insulated) garage?
Is painted or unpainted?
Do you use it as a garage or storage?
Does it have aluminum doors or wooden doors?
Does it have an electronic garage door opener or do you have to manually open it?

Any structure within your property lines are a part of your home. Even if you build a shed in your backyard.
