I had this too but it is better to be the honest man and not resort to revenge tactics. The truth will out in the end. People can lie sometimes and get away with it, but not all the time. Divorce is a very emotional time for all involved and most solicitors and judges will tell you they expect stories etc to be either exaggerated or made up. It is unfortunately very common.

Divorce is the messiest thing to deal with, I know first hand about this, some times it's just better to let it go you know the truth, and she's a liar, it's over with you have been hurt in so many ways, you must be the bigger person here, I went thought this with the ex husband, what a liar he was and is, I will not waste my time on B/S, life is to short!!!

It sounds like my husbands ex wife.. She is a very unhappy person. Hard to deal with especially when a child is involved. If your friends are truly your friends they will stick with you. Sometimes it's hard to be the nice guy, but when your in a situation like this it might be the best policy if your worried about losing your daughter.

WELL YOU MUST ONLY TELL THE TRUTH, IF THAT ALIENATES HER THEN SHE MAY STOP TELLING LIES, BUT IF SHE SAYS SHE IS GOING TO MOVE TELL HER "HER FRIENDS WILL ONLY SAY YOU MUST BE TELLING THE TRUTH FOR HER TO LEAVE," ALSO YOU COULD TELL HER YOU WILL APPLY TO THE COURTS FOR HER TO STAY SO YOU CAN SEE YOUR DAUGHTER, DO NOT LET HER GET AWAY WITH TELLING LIES ABOUT YOU ITS NOT FAIR, IT IS REALLY AWFUL WHAT SOME PEOPLE WILL DO TO GET THERE OWN WAY, SO STICK UP FOR YOURSELF, GOOD LUCK.

u can lock your door against a thief but not a liar. she lies to make her own self look better, or she really is hurt and believes these things she is saying about u. usually people tell lies to get the focus off themselves and onto the other person.

Divorce can bring out the worse in people
AND if your divorce is being supervised by solicitors it gets worse......they demand all sorts of things from a spouse that they have not been instructed to demand

Mine did that too, it really sucks but the best way to deal with it is to understand that it really doesn't matter what her friends think of you since you won't be seeing them anymore and as someone else has pointed out if she is behaving like this then it shows that she has unresolved issues with herself.
Don't lower yourself to her level.

Is it lies in the divorce papers about unreasonable behaviour? That's very common, the solicitors encourage people to tell lies, in order to make their job easier.

first of all she won't be able to move away as you can oppose it and a court will not override what you want of course unless there are extreme circumstances.Say what you like make her out to be the liar she is.

well it sounds pretty simple, but: just tell the truth as you see it. She may move away regardless of whether you do or not.
