No military force is needed. To stop all the problems with crap from china, you only have to do one thing, EDUCATE all the idiots who purchase goods to only buy items that are marked MADE IN U.S.A. and tell your stores you will not by foreign crap. Not only will the deficit go down, also the unemployment rate, the homeless rate, and the standard of living will rise. Its up to you not the military.

Consumer is king. Buy American goods, if consumers demand it companies will provide it. But money is king and people are not willing to pay for American made goods so you got what you asked for.
