In the UK, tonight at 2.00am, in America, November 4th.
I remember it thus: Spring forward and Fall back.

the summer-time periods begin and end respectively on the following dates at 1.00am Greenwich Mean Time:

FORWARD BACK
2007 28 October
2008 March 30October 26
2009 March 29 October 25
2010 March 28 October 31
2011 March 27October

it is not nov.4th but was the 27th of october at 12:00 am
