orange spider.....?

i saw this orange spider with a yellow rear with black marks on it heres a link with the only picture i could find of it. http://www.fredmiranda.com/hosting/showphoto.php?photo=37434 can anyone tell me what it is?

It is the Araneidae marmoreus--marbled orb weaver. It is clearly identified by the eye pattern. That is a good picture of the face.

Looks like a Marbled Orb Weaver.
I found very similar photos on 2 separate links.
