how many calories are in an average shrimp cocktail?

Here you go. This is a LARGE shrimp cocktail, 1/2 lb. This does not include the cocktail sauce, just the shrimp and a lemon wedge.
Calories....220
Calories from fat...25
Trans fat... 3gm.
Saturated fat...1 gm.
Cholesterol...445 mg. (ouch)
Carbs...0
Protein...47
For the cocktail sauce, read a bottle of ketchup. Lots of sugar and calories. Its just about the same as cocktail sauce because adding horseradish and Tabasco adds nothing but heat and sodium (salt). Hope this helps and keep on peeling!!!

About 220 (n a cup) with 1/10th of those being from fat.
