Joanna Kathleen Rowling. And definitely a woman.
Actually, she does not have a middle name. When Bloomsbury insisted that she use two initials and her last name (thinking boys would not read a book written by a woman, she used her paternal grandmother's mane as a middle name, but it is not legally part of her name.

J.K Rowling is definitely female.
J = Joanne "Jo"
K = Kathleen. Jo doesn't actually have a given middle name, but when her first Harry Potter novel was published she chose 'Kathleen' which is her paternal grandmother's name.
Her legal name now is 'Joanne Murray', but she has always been called "Jo"
