You get a job and people have only negative things like, oh! you wont like that position, I had it and it sucked, or oh! thats gonna be hard.

Yes there are too many negative people out there. They could at least be glad that you are out trying to get hired and work.

not really, would you rather have them say things like, yeah it's the best job ever, when in reality it sucks. all jobs suck and eventually you'll be that person talking about how much it sucks.
