Stand there, wait for it to come close, and open hand slap it right across the side of its nose. It does work, and I have done it. Rottweiller's are big dogs, but once they sense that you don't fear them and can cause them pain, they respect you and dont usually bother you anymore. If the open hand slap doesnt work, a balled up fist brought down on top of their head will do the trick, 9 out 10 times it temporarily knocks them out, it hurts the wrist, but is the only thing left to do if the dog doesnt calm down.

I guess I would just freeze and be rooted to the spot! I hope the dog will think I am a ghost or something and run away! Hey! Wait a minute I heard that dogs sense who loves them and would never attack them so I guess I would be safe! I really love dogs!!!

Scream and yell at it while standing my ground, never turn my back or look it in the eye. Slowly back away and try not to make it feel like I am trying to challege it. Find a big stone or rock and throw it at him if he pursues me after I tried doing that.

That happened to me once. It was a doberman pincer. I kicked him in the nose breaking it. He ran off howling!

stand still. i think. thats what they say to do, then i might poop my pants and hopefully i would smell so bad the dog would go away.
