How would you create a dose response curve for the effects of alcohol alone on alertness.

I would probably have someone just drink a certain drink with a known potency (alcohol alone condition). Before they take a drink, give them a quick visuo spatial task, such as drawing a circle in between two concentric circles. The X-axis would be number of drinks, the Y-axis would be number of times they go outside the lines or touch the lines. After each drink have them perform the same task. It should form a logarithmic curve. X-Axis: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 drinks
Y-axis: number of errors
