How about a
Making and painting Paper mache Birdhouse
A candy dish out of paper, yarn( crochet or Knit) wood ( woodworking { your choice as to the how & tools})
A painting of something
a Shadowbox with a Special theme. Filled with miniatures based on that theme
a Dollhouse with dolls and furniture
Knit,Crochet, or sew a Doll for some little girl to give to
Make a blanet or Quilt
Make a basket and fill it with a picture of your kids,some picture of your home, homemade cookies and candy and a letter of encourement to a solider in Iraq, and have him write your kids back and tell you of things and send you some picture of what he or she is doing in Iraq
( put in Pencil and Paper and a Self address envelope )
Make a birthday cake or do a cake with a theme ( Halloween is a good one for now) - but sure to take a picture of it.
Good see your Grandma or visit the old folk's home and make a Scrapbook together based on what they live through in History.
Go see your Mother and design and make a dress together or sew a Crafting tote bag and personalize it So it something to remember what you and her did together
Make a wallet for you Dad or brother
Make a Chest of drawers out cardboard boxes
For a little girl a friendship bracelet or ring
Make sweater or coat ( or some Socks) for a little boy or girl
Make and paint Lampshade
Make some pop-up cards
Do a drawing of something
Make a "Me in a Box" ( It's box with things that symbolizes what you are telling other about you and what you want to do in your life and what your accomplishments are in life.)

Try scratch board (if you haven't already). It's like paper covered in a hardened ink and you scratch the ink off with a scraping tool. You scratch off the ink into any picture you want
