I don't think you are going to be able to repair the enamel. I think that is a baked on material similar to porcelain. You can paint it, but the wear and tear of cooking, stirring and then cleaning is going to take its toll on any repair paint.

go to an appliance store, and ask for enamel touch up paint, or repair,
