It is making a whistling noise.
It says on the vacuum itself that if there is a whistling noise, then that means that there is a vacuum.
It also says to check the manual, which I have lost.
Does anyone know what to do?

We've got one ourselves. You might want to check the HEPA filter. There is a gasket around it, and if it is getting dirty it may force the air out through the gasket, creating a whistle as it leaves. Ours didn't whistle but it would blow the filter outwards and then it would blow the hepa filter cover off. We just replaced it last month and haven't had any problems.

good luck.
