Pet sematary was the scariest BOOK to read.

However, I'd have to go with candyman as movies go.

Pet Semetary. Candyman has its moments, but Pet Semetary is pretty creepy the whole way through.

They are both great for different reasons, and at the times when they both came out they both scared me,I had to choose one I'd have to say......Pet Cemetery scared me alittle more, of course I still wont say candyman in front of a mirror, LOL!

Pet Sematary is one of my favorite Srephen King novels and it is a great movie.

Sorry, but horror movies pretty much died after the 70's, with a few notable exceptions. If you aren't scared by the Exorcist, or the 1978 version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, or even Eraserhead, then forget it. These new "horror" movies like Saw, the Grudge, Blair Witch and Cloverfield are pure garbage. Okay for kids under 12 I guess, but not serious horror by any means.
