The barn would includde an tack room and wash room. All the stalls would be 12 x 12, and the indoor arena would be 90 x 200.Does anyone know the cheapest price would be I don't care who buildds it as long as it is very sturdy and strong.

With all due respect I agree in part with some answers.

Certainly, locally you can get more realistic answers than you might here. I can't even assume you own land large enough to do this. We don't have a clue where you are located; nor do we know at all; your budget. You give no indictaion of style. What of a loft area? so many variables.
"CHEAP" is a relative word.

BTW 12 x 12 is a small stall.

I'd check Pole barn companies. Steel building companies; etc.

Another BTW... YOU should care WHO builds it.

At $100 a sq. ft, which might be "CHEAP" you're looking at $1,800,000, minimum

ADD ON...OOOPS my bad. I estimated that just on your arena size, which seems a bit much.
