I am wondering how to dispose of asphalt shingles legally in missouri

call a trash disposal company, there not a hasard, some places take them and grind them up , most dumps will take them

If you have a waste to energy plant near you They will take them and burn them.Otherwise you need to take them to your local construction debris landfill.

I know what you mean. Not everyone is lucky enough to live next to a ravine.
