I'd say Steak & Shake.
The hamburgers are of a little better quality (or taste so) as are the fries which are smaller than your typical shoestring french fry.
The other think I like is for like $2 more you can add on two additional items such as a small salad or veggies. Another choice is baked beans. I am not a big milkshake guy, but fols I have gone there with love em.

I like subway. Ive always liked it, and since the health craze has been going around, i love it even more! I cant get enough of their subs. Quiznos has better toasted subs but subway is sooo good anyway.
Chick Fil A is also good. I love that place. Waffle fries are awesome, and so is the lemonade and milkshakes. But the chicken there is a little greasier than normal

Chipotle!!!!
The ingredients are fresh. It seems healthy because the meat is grilled and if you don't get cheese and sour cream it's probably low fat. You can get it in a bowl or in a shell. You can get 2 types of beans or fajita and you have about 4 types of salsas. Oh, and lets not forget about that rice. YUM YUM
If just doesn't get any better than that.

#1 carl's jr. they have a nice selection and good service close by too..
#2 Arby's seems to be fresh and quick service, good conservations too.
