I like Crypts answer, but you're probably referring to ghosts or supernatural entities. Since we only have anecdotal proof, its hard to believe in things that go bump in the nite....altho i've listened to people who've claimed to see paranormal activity. But until there's repetitive observation and recording, it's hard for me to believe its true.

When was the last time you saw a radio wave? Do you know the colors of the different forces sent out by all the various transmitters that abound all over the globe?
When you swim, do you feel the electrical pulsations of the other swimmers, or the tiny pressure waves created by someones motion like a shark can? Do you hear the subsonic communications of elephants? Do you hear the echo locations of bats at night? Those are all unseen forces until the right instrument is turned on.

Unseen forces are all around in the shape of electricity and gravity and such. I believe in things that are logic an believable. I do not listen to stuff explained like: it's so because it is so.

Yes. Gravity is unseen. Air is unseen. The rotation of the Earth is unfelt. But there are no unseen "intelligences." Essences are not in the heavens as Plato and Socrates placed them; nor in the "things themselves," as Aristotle placed them. They are concepts in the mind, as Ayn Rand placed them. The essence of unseen things is that we begin to see them when we understand them and create technology to see them, such as Xrays, or ultrasound.

Aesity means self-existence. Aesity explains the metaphysical nature of God as a purely self-existent being that exists in complete actuality. God is not a being that is created by another god; neither does God create himself into existence. Rather, God has always existed as an unchanging, completely actualized being.

God has his Being of himself and to himself such that he is Absolute being and the definition of existence.
Since God’s essence is his nature and God’s existence is the same as his essence it follows that God is existence.

I was not raised with any religion. And I have a hard time believing the bible. But I do think there is something out there, some higher power, I just don't call it God.

Yes. I think there are forces out there that cannot be seen or detected using scientific methods. Science can only explain so much and logic cannot explain everything.
