Those stats are pretty good. Just make sure your academics are all squared away and you can transfer to any school you want.

First of all, you don't go to schools like Texas. Texas comes to you.
Second, no one runs 50 yards in 4.0 seconds. Quarterbacks might run the 40 in 5.0 seconds.
Third, you might want to work on your writing skills. Being a student-athlete consists of some schoolwork too.
That all said, keep at it, and maybe good things will happen.

WDX is exactly right, if a DI school is interested in you, you will know. If not then you wont know cuz you wont have any contact from them.
So in other words, no my friend you cant go to Texas, because if you really had stats like that you would be on rival.coms high school recruiting list and you would have had alot of contact by now.

Unless you're actually Ladanian Tomlinson, you didn't run 50 yards in 4 seconds flat. Chances are you won't make it to a D1 college because you're probably some fat kid sitting at home playing World of Warcraft.
