8h^3 - 72h^2 + 216h - 216

looks pretty simplified as is

does (2h-6)(4h^2-12h+36) look simpler?
the next step will give x^3

How about anti log of 3log(2h-6)

= 8h^3 -72h^2+216h -216

(2h - 6)^3 = [2(h-3)]^3

=>2^3(h-3)^3 = 8(h-3)^3
