Back in the '80s Helloween did a song called "Halloween."
And don't forget about Glenn Danzig (The Misfits, Samhain, Danzig) as he probably has hours of Halloween party songs.
More recently Type O Negative's done "All Hallow's Eve" and "Halloween in Heaven" with "Black No. 1" being a particular favorite around Halloween.
That's all I can think of right now. Unless you want "costume" bands like KISS, GWAR, and Lordi.... ;)
