My husband has doodled all over it, the mouse mat and even started on the computer desk. What should I do with him?

Buy him a sketch book and keep it next to the computer for him to doodle on that instead.

When I first read this question's title, I thought you were describing a child... you and your husband must be a really young couple!
You can try sending him to time-out, to the corner, or just make him do twenty push ups for each offense.

Put plastic coating over it all. Buy or provide a notebook so he can just doodle in that.

Make him clean it and/or buy new keyboard and mat. You could always buy a laptop and not let him use that at all.

i do that with mine too.... umm i guess you could ask him to stop but you know guys they dont really listen so i guess you could just let him be or take anything that you can write with out of reach when your on the computer.
