No, you should learn to live within your means and pay your bills.

If you are broke now you need to file now. If you are not broke now then don't file now.

If you think you might be broke next year then you've got time to look for alternatives to bankruptcy. If you can find an alternative, take it. It will be better than bankruptcy.
