to make a positive difference all we need to do is put our heart out towards the world and show everyone on what we need to do to make our place a better place to be.
to help others to make them feel better
everyday there is someone in your school or office place who is cleaning the floors and shining them to make your day at work or school more pleasant and relaxing the least we can do is thank them for what they do. and just not for the sake of saying it but for the reason of what it means to us and what it does for us and how it helps us
everyone does something everyday to help people in this world out but not everyone appreciates it if we all just try to tell that one person how much we appreciate them then people will be happier to do what they are doing and do it and everyone will too
to make our world a kingdom of life and love

Everybody can make a difference in somebody else's life...it only takes concern and empathy to do so...to care enough about somebody to help enrich their lives and help them change....however...changes should first come from the person himself....if he doesnt want to change in the first place, he will always go back to his old ways...if he has the desire to change his wrong ways and is receptive to the advices of those who want to help him, then changes can happen...
personally i give advices to people who ask for them...i guess like what i do in Y/A....when i answer questions, i give it a lot of thought and give suggestions that i feel would help that person best way i can....in this way i think i do make a difference in their lives...and it just brings me so much joy when they take the time to thank me and let me know how much i've helped them...

Politeness is the lubrication on the ‘wheels’ of society.
Yes an individual can make a difference on their own level by simply being polite and positive.
When I ride a public bus I always make an effort to say something nice to the driver. Many people almost consider them to be part of the bus itself and the statement “Have a nice day” has lost its meaning. When I say it I try to put some feeling into it and make it real. Just that little kindness and effort makes the person who received it feel better and it makes me feel better for giving it to them.
My policy is to try and cut down on the general misery in the world in small ways when I can. It also means I try to have more tolerance for the people who cut me off in traffic and the guy who was rude to me in line. I believe in the theory of Karma; if you do bad things then bad things will happen to you and if you do good things then good things will happen to you (and yes I thought of this before the TV show “My Name is Earl”). I had a roommate from hell, and once he punched me in the nose in an effort to start a fight. I didn’t stoop to his level and I stood my ground, but I didn’t punch him back. He was a mean guy and life eventually caught up with him. The last I heard he had locked his keys in his car and got so mad that he was convicted of assault and sent to prison. He had gone off on some poor woman who just happened to be in the same parking lot. Nothing I could do to him would be as bad as what he did to himself.
That guy who cuts you off in traffic is going to cut that corner one time too many and he will get in an accident or worse someone else with road rage will shoot him or try and race him to cut him off and so cause an accident. If I forgive that guy and don’t try to attack him then I won’t be the one involved in that future accident.

Yes I can make a difference. Everyone on here can. I have been so changed and motivated by this community and I have been challenged to think "outside of the box" so many times. I am a better person because of you and others like you who have such remarkable, thought provoking q.'s. Thanks and keep it up, I like your q's today.

hi gEnTLe m@n....
I think i can make people realize the worth of life and realize the worth of happiness that comes to their way in any form.
I do think that i can change anything because i have confidence and i can assure you that its confidence and not OVER CONFIDENCE :).
People should have positive attitude towards life. If they have a negative attitude towards life , then its difficult to change a person, but never say impossible coz impossible itself sayz "I M POSSIBLE.."...tc...sweet dreamz...bye....

If you WANT to make a positive difference for others, YOU WILL... no matter how much money you have, how much time you have, you can. wherever you are in your life (age, job, money, status, etc.) you can make a difference right where you are, right now... :)

you can do anything if you put your mind to it. now i remembered about Helen Keller's words.
" I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything but still I can do something and because i cannot do everything, i will not refuse doing something i can do."
i have the same policy!!!!
