When the energy that was used to construct the hex is gone so will the hex be. Some believe that it will be gone when the 'witch' dies, this is also a truth. It all depends on your beliefs.

Neither. Hexes have a life of their own so to speak.

Look at it as setting the dog on somebody. When the boss dies it may affect the dog but it will still be around to hunt you down. Most hexes though are a one deal shot with longer lasting repercussions. You can get a broken leg from a hex, the hex was only on you for a second.. but the leg can hurt your life long.

Hope this helps...

The only way to undo a hex is to find the spell to break the curse or it will carry on forever until you die, or if it was a hex that cursed your entire family, it will go on for generations.

As hexes don't exist and witches are all fake, your question is somewhat retarded.

Well, in Charmed, if you kill the witch/demon that cursed you, then the curse is lifted.

Charmed...the fount of all witchy knowledge.

No, I'll have to go with the one who said that it's like a broken leg that plagues you for the rest of your life, though breaking it was only temporary.

But then, in Practical Magic, they say curses only have power if you believe in them...

Practical Magic...uh...the OTHER fount of witchy knowledge?
