Just watching everyone in these times, it seems like no one has any patients and the anger is so evident! Just watch the guy cutting through traffic with no regard for anyone at all! Has anyone else noticed this at all? What are your thoughts about society that has at time lost its collective minds??

Yes. It's the Me First Gimme Gimme attitude. We let our emotions dictate out actions and it's counter-productive. I think everyone should relax and really think before they act. For example, there are repercussions regarding acting in anger. Just as if you are hungry and decide to go grocery shopping, you are going to end up buying the discount bulk Top Ramon because it's a good deal...looks tasty...and you're in fact hungry. If you sat down and had a treat before you shopped, you wouldn't be stuck with creepy dollar brand food because you were in such a hurry to get home and eat. Everyone has emotions and we're often governed by them. If we weren't occasionally emotion-driven, we just wouldn't be human. But I agree, there's cause and effect in everything.

Yes, we're living in such a fast paced world. . . no one has any patience. You go to the doctors and it's like an assembly line, you can't get a real voice over the phone, everything is practically drive-thru, the holidays come earlier and earlier each year, new neighbors don't speak to anyone, no one sits down as a family to have a meal. . . I could go on and on. It's sad and scary at the same time.

Yes, it has gotten pretty bad. Theories abound. Mine is that after thousands and thousands of years, we humans are just sick and tired of each other! Furthermore, the world's population keeps getting larger and larger, leading to increased tension and irritations.
