55.2gNaCl x 1molNaCl/58.5gNaCl = 0.944 moles NaCl

Moles = grams / Molar Mass

NaCl has a molar mass of 22.99 + 35.45 = 58.44 g/mole

Moles = 55.2 g / 58.44 g per mole = 0.945
