Where can I find a brother/friend/companion doll for a very realistic and good-looking 9-inch boy doll?

Brook looks to be about fifteen, and may possibly have been an Anakin Skywalker doll. I'd like his friend to be about the same height and degree of realistic, which is so real it's scary.
