There is no way that I know of to get music for free "Safely". Your best bet is to spend a little money and get unlimited mp3 downloads that are safe.

sorry the only places I know of you have to pay for. Good luck. You could use limewire or bearshare, but you can get virus's. Also downloading free musci is illegal
