Is it possible to meet her in the show they might be doing in São Paulo, Brazil, wich shouldn't be way too crowded as the UK ones, if I'm right in front of the stage and have a really shiny poster (and something like a rose, or whatever) asking if I can meet her after the show?

You can try, but you have to be prepared to not succeed. (I'm not being mean, I'm being honest.)
Depending on the schedule they're going to keep on tour, they may need to leave right after the show. If they have a long trip for the next day's show, they will literally be leaving within two hours after peforming. (You'd stand a better chance if they have a day off the next day.) AND some artists just want to unwind after a show - performing can be very strenuous, and they might not want to have anyone around that doesn't work for them.
The other reality is, you're going to be one of thousands of people wanting the same thing, and it will be humanly impossible to accomodate everyone.
Here's my advice: If you can go to the venue early, you *might* get lucky and catch her as she arrives for soundcheck. (Can be anytime between noon and 4pm for an 8pm show) Do not trust anyone who says they can get you backstage or can get your poster signed for you. Unless they're sticking a pass on you that allows access, they're pretty much lying to you.

Last I checked, they do not allow the front row to get that close to a stage, for security and safety reasons. You may as well be on another floor....

It doesn't hurt to try but there are probably 10,000 other people that would love to met her also so for you to get picked out of all those people would be a long shot. Good luck!

LONG shot. But, you don't ask, you don't get. But I can almost say for certain that every singer see's a lot of posters like that at EVERY GIG they do.
