Of course, Casablanca is already on my list as it's almost always the first recommendation.

I really love drama and romance, so any recommendations of that genre is greatly appreciated. I'd also like some horror/thriller/suspense movies as well for Halloween.

Thanks.

Seven Samurai (not just an action movie, it's superb storytelling)
Les Diaboliques (original french version) suspense, atmosphere and one of the best film endings ever- inspired Hitchcock to make Pyscho
Les Yeux sans Visage (Eyes without a face) genuinely horrific and poetic
The Wages of Fear - desperate men, driving unstable explosives through South American jungle- classic thriller

or if you don't like subtitles

Kind Hearts and Coronets- possible the best comedy film from/about England, dark humour, wittily done

Treasure of the Sierra Madre -well you seem to like Bogart
The Maltese Falcon -Bogart again
The Big Sleep -and again
