Which webform immediately emails you back more than confirmation of reciept?

I seem to remember one company sendinding me back confirmation of reciept that included the question I asked. Some companies don't even send confirmation. I usually make a printout, but if printer is not working... This is for companies that only use webform for email.

Thanks ELfaGeek, but I don't know what "create a screen shot" means,and
sometimes when I try to print before befre I submit, the whole text that I wrote disappears, that is why. Thanks.

That feature has to be built-in to the website itself.

To get around it, I just create a screen shot, or print the screen, before I hit the Submit Button.
