SNAILS have pulmonary sacs in which the atmospheric air comes in and goes out. It also has ctenedia(gills) to help in respiration when it is in water.EX. Apple snail.

According to Wikipedia, land snails can have a lung, and marine snails can have gills. But if you consider the "foot" to be most of the large soft part of the body that sticks out of the shell, that covers most of the snail's living body, and the lung or gill could be considered part of the foot.
