Nope, but getting a good amount of sleep helps your health, and not being late for work certainly helps in the wealth department.

And being healthy and wealthy is frequently a sign of at least moderate wisdom.

idnt knw about that, But sleeping 8 hours- at night time and not day- is essential for human health ,for not sleeping at all for two days in a row or sleeping only five hours a day for a whole week can cause various kinds of side effects that can be equal to side effects of rise in the alcoholic level in blood plus depression, heart stroke, brain stroke and headaches.
plus during the eight hours of sleep at NIGHT body can regain energy and increase its immunity against a number of diseases.

so SLEEP well ;)

Not in my house. I shoot anyone who wakes me up before 7.00.
My in-laws used to go to bed early and woke up early, then phoned all their relatives. At 6.30 on a Sunday morning. That wasn't wise. And they weren't wealthy. He died of a heart attack, she of cancer. (Although they were both in their early 80's)
