If you are referring to buying bulk ink to do your own refills. Yes they work but it can be a messy job. Also I like waterproof black ink for addresses on envelopes and bulk ink (so far) is not waterproof. The cartridge heads eventually wear out after 3 or 4 refills. But you can save money by doing it that way.

I've been using them for about 5 years and will say with a little effort and a little mes they do work. most all guarantee that the inks will work. try Sam's club for one to purchase a complete inkjet refill kit. most time you have to drill a small hole in the top of an empty cartridge to be able to inject the inks. never overfill the color cartridges because inside those cartridges the ink can overflow into another color thereby contaminating the other colors. READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUEL THAT COMES WITH EACH KIT.
