I feel insecure most of the time. I'm actually trying to work on this and accepting myself for who I am. I'm mostly insecure about my few extra pounds I can't seem to get rid of after having a child 3 years ago. Recently, I've been insecure about my face because I keep breaking out with adult acne. At times I feel very insecure about my hair. I'm constantly fixing it and going to the bathroom to make sure every little strand is in place. I can't leave the house without a comb and brush...lol. I have some serious issues...I know.

not so much now in my 30s though i did constantly in my 20s.
I realise now that nothing in life is secure, and that change, pain and the occasional rejection is inevitable. When i accepted and understood that, most of my insecurities disappeared.

When I get a really big zit, or after I eat something that always gets stuck inbetween my teeth. And of course sometimes when I see a woman who is more attractive than me, or at least I think so.

yes...about my classes....about how good a parent I am, about whether or not my work is good....most people feel insecure about a lot of things...even if they don't want to admit it.

Sometimes..... at least once a week when i think things are going 'bad' in my marriage, i feel really trapped, breaking up is hard work and it's scary!
