If McCray isn't the middle name, I think it sounds fine. I really like the name Jorden for a girl, more than I like it for a boy. Jorden McCray really goes well together, and I liked how you spelled Jorden with an "e", not an "a". Jordyn is nice too :)
Overall, I think Jorden McCray is a great girl's name, as long as McCray isn't a middle name

Is McCray the last name or middle name?
Anyway, I'm not that big a fan of the name Jordan at all, but at least it looks a little better with the -en instead of the -an. Plus, there's always the girlier nickname of Jory or Jorie to use.

I Like it as the original Jordan, or made more girly at Jordyn, which has the same sound as your "jorden"

Sounds okay but remember this "little girl" won't always be a little girl. Think about how this name transitions into adulthood

I love it, but are you deeply set in the spelling? I just think the normal "jordan" spelling is better.
