I have 14 of cash advances out (alot huh) n have closed the checking account out. I can't continue to pay them over n over each month n don't have the money to pay them off.

Even if you signed an agreement with the payday loan place to allow garnishment (some require that now), it's pretty unlikely that the government would honor it.

Be prepared for some very nasty phone calls. Payday loan collectors don't mind breaking the rules. They will threaten and harrass you.
