Jewelry!
But it has to be unique, or at least well made and worth its money.
Sometimes you can sell crafts for art, and get art prices for it, but that hardly ever happens.

There are several other crafts that sell, mostly the ones that are coming into fashion.
And there are crafts that keep selling, but rarely bringing in enough money to cover cost of materials and time. Crocheted blankets are among them, and patchwork.

I recently participated in a craft fair & the biggest sellers were jewelery, knitted/ crocheted items, beaded book marks, candles & wood worked toys.

What sells is anything that you have been doing for a long time until can do it better than anyone else, and it should also be useful.
