Immediate family? No. A cousin, yes.
And if that's disgusting to anyone, remember centuries ago in times of Kings and castles, your ancestors were married off to relations! And at a very early age!

I'll be honest. When I was about 15, I did like my cousin a lot. I thought about her a lot and thought she was beautiful(which she still is). As I got older, I knew it was wrong and it wouldn't work out anyway. I mean we still talk a lot but I don't have feelings for her anymore.
