Jury Duty?

Question

Starting Monday i have to report for jury duty and my work is aware of this. I get paid 20 dollars a day from the court system. My question is, in Ohio is there any law that the business you work for must pay you your hourly rate minus the 20 dollars the court gives you? My company i work for has more than 25 employees. Thanks!

Most businesses make up their own rules in this area...
some pay you fully, some deduct the jury duty money.
Many companies just pay you...it's easier on the bookkeeper.
