I am soon to be 63 and I am so glad that I just found this category yesterday. I had been hanging out in Polls and Surveys, but this is a very nice place, too!

Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?
64 is the perfect #
When I get older losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings, bottle of wine?
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?
You'll be older too
And if you say the word
I could stay with you
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride
Doing the garden, digging the weeds
Who could ask for more?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?
Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle of Wight
If it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck & Dave
Send me a postcard, drop me a line
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely, wasting away
Give me your answer, fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?
Ho!

I hope not... I just found this section and I'm a mere 60 3/4. I hope I can stay.
Growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional. That's not juvenile, is it?

You are way too young! Whatever age you are, you are still young at heart! That is what counts the most anyway! May the Lord bless you, Smiley! And your beautiful grandbaby too!

You are young at heart and wise beyond your years. You have the ability to make us laugh at some inane joke and cry with your strait forward answers when needed .
Those combined with your love of the Lord will make you a welcomed addition to the Senior Citizens section.

Some people never grow up. I do not know if that is a good or bad thing. I guess it depends on who you ask.
Age wise I am younger, and there are some in here very young.

Well, Uncle Smiley, I am nine years younger than you, and I have been on this forum for a good long while.
However...I am nowhere near as juvenile as you, so maybe you DON'T qualify!! :)
Are the "cousins" coming to visit tomorrow?

I'm 53 so I'm younger than you are and even tho I'm a senior in training I have more in common with you all than I do with the young stuff on other parts of YA.
