It's not adultery per se, but I guess it could be considered being an accessory to adultery.
Whether or not you actually call it adultery, I think it's wrong to do. Even though the single person isn't the one breaking their vows, what they're doing is still pretty messed up.

YES! If you have to ask usually it is! I think both parities would be committing adultery! My rule is not to mess with someone who is married! "THE GOLDEN RULE" & "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND" Is something to thing about in this case!

First of all if you sleep with someone who is marrried and your single i belive that you both are wrong but he has commited adulty . At least this is the way i see it.
