Don't waste your time... you joined the affliate programme, right? You and a few thousand other suckers. I'm guessing somebody persuaded you to buy an "upgraded" mebership, also known as a "worthless" membership.
Here's the deal: Why is anyone going to buy through your link? Answer: they aren't, unless you spend your money advertising it everywhere. I'm sure paying for the site's ads out of your pocket wasn't your plan. However, it is their plan.
You may get lucky - if you buy through an ad network like Project Wonderful that allows your links to drop to free if nobody else bids, you may be able to scrape your money back.
All-in-all, the golden rule is that affliate programmes can make people with existing popular websites some pin money. They can't make money through thin air.

They are selling memberships by fooling you into thinking that you will sell books. They got ya.

Have you tried adding it to google ads search?
If you have an RSS, you could pass it on to many sites to link up to your website.if you do your homework right there are many who would place the ad free for you initially.
