I'm looking to buy a new pair of pumps and I ran across a couple of Oh Deer!s (CL knockoffs) that I loved. I can only allow myself to buy one, since I'm not willing to blow my whole paycheck to indulge myself in shoes (the life of a poor college student D:), but I can't decide which to get. I'd like to know people's opinions of these before I go on to purchase.

The Marilyn: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/14558455/c/3.html
Leather, stacked wooden heel.

The Garbo: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7240993.html
Patent leather, stacked corked heel.

I'm leaning more toward the Garbo which has the black patent leather since I don't own a pair of patents, but the cork heel is a little strange to me. Who knows, though, I may end up loving them! Just want to hear your opinions, so answer away!

Wow, I can't believe there are so many responses already! Thanks for your input :D.

As for where I will wear them to, I'd like something that's versatile. In other words, I'd like them to look nice with jeans but also a nice dress-up dinner with the boyfriend.

I'd love to have the gall to wear the red, but I"m afraid I don't have enough red clothing to pull it off. :( And by buying the red shoes, I'll have to go out and buy more red clothes, and you know the rest is history. :D

Gosh g/f.. wish I could wear those HIGH heels.. very pretty..

depends on which u are looking for..??
It looks like the same shoes only one has cork heels..
the corks should be more softer to walk in.. the cork absorbs the jolt.. and they don't seems as eloquent
as the other..
they look very sophisticated..
depends on where u work? or where u are going..?

I like the cork heel, and if u have a lot of red clothing.. I say .. stand out in a crowd by getting the red ones.. good luck..

I don't know much about shoes but the Garbo's look higher quality to me. BTW, have you ever bought pre-owned shoes on eBay? There are sometimes genuine high quality designer shoes for sale that are barely worn-in; if bidding isn't too fierce (a problem with the big brand names) you can get yourself a real bargain. Pre-owned shoes don't have to be scruffy, high quality shoes are built to last for years and can be repaired.

Buy the first ones, they look classier :) But I'm on the opinion that girls should be barefoot as much as possible hehehehe ;)
